The GDP is:
- An early development program giving those interested the opportunity to become fully competent professionals
- Structured training to develop competencies
- A real professional role in which they will develop technical expertise
The training has been structured in four distinct training blocks, these blocks are described as:
- Initial tools
- Expertise & management tools
- Technology tools
- Workplace learning
Criteria
- University degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent from an educational institution in Qatar or an international institution recognized by the Supreme Council of Education (Qatar)
- English Level 5 as per QP Corporate Training standards or equivalent in any recognized training institutions operating in Qatar.
- Education discipline should be in line with Qatalum’s intake requirement in accordance with the Five Years Strategic Qatarisation Plan.
