On Tuesday, February 9, 2016, Qatalum hosted National Sports Day activities for its employees at the Amwaj Mesaieed Village.
The program for the day began at 8:30 with an inauguration speech from the Chief Operations Officer Olaf Wigstoel. Sporting activities on offer were football, cricket, tennis and basketball.
A healthy snack was served at 8:30 am and commemorative T shirts was handed to all Qatalum staff present.As it is 'Heart Awareness' month over February, the Occupational Health team conducted basic vital tests at a kiosk during the day's event.
