The Advanced program is among the standard programs for all IDPs, therefore Q&D hired a consultant to conduct training in-house. The course included training in the following business concepts: Understanding the communication, the barriers, listening skills; questioning techniques; providing feedback and writing skills. Eleven employees attended the three-day training at the Qatalum Training Centre from 25 – 27 March 2019.

The recent program, in line with other such successful courses, is important to Qatalum because effective workplace communication increases productivity and efficiency of the staff and ensures Qatalum's objectives are achieved.
