About This Report Welcome to Qatalum’s third annual sustainability report. in this report, we present our approach to sustainability, strategy for sustainability, and our performance in 2013 on our most material sustainability issues. We have tried in this report to capture the most critical aspects of our work in terms of economic, environmental, and social performance. this report is integrated with the Qatalum website and throughout the report there will be opportunities to learn more about sustainability at Qatalum by clicking on links provided. this report was developed in accordance with the Global reporting initiative (Gri) G4 ‘core’ Guidelines for sustainability reporting. the Gri is a multi-stakeholder initiative with widespread credibility that provides a framework for companies to report on their sustainability performance.
