Qatalum will focus on the production of primary aluminium casthouse products such as extrusion ingots, or billets, and foundry alloys. These value-added products can be supplied to producers of applications for an unlimited variety of products for building and construction, transport, general engineering, household durables, leisure and more.

Qatalum has brought in independent external experts to contribute with knowledge and experience in order to draw up health and external environment specifications for the new company.
